Role Summary:

Imua Physical Therapy is looking for a per diem (<20 hours/wk) Care Coordinator to join our outpatient practice in our beautiful Maui Lani location. This clinic employs Physical, Occupational, & Massage Therapists- an experienced and passionate team of people who have wonderfully loyal patients and perform as a team to collaborate and challenge each other every day. You will be responsible for helping on the administrative side of delivering patient-centered care which includes primary duties with our Industrial Medicine Program- working with worker's compensation prescriptions/authorizations, working with case managers and administrative tasks of billing and scheduling within our Electronic Medical Records system.
This employee would be able to work 3-5 days/wk with a bit of a flexible schedule, up to 20 hours/wk. This position offers no healthcare benefits, but a variety of other benefits as a essential part of our team.

What you need to be successful:
* Provide excellent customer service in an outpatient clinic setting
* Communicate well with our patients and other team members
* Ability to work closely with all clinic staff- other Care Coordinators, OT's and outside our clinic with referral sources and case managers to create positive patient experiences, cultivate strong team relationships, and build morale.
* Ability to be consistent with a weekly schedule- flexibility setting hours, but needs to be stable and consistent.
* Ability to be adaptable with team members, be enthusiastic and proactive to get patients scheduled and to help create a positive impact in people's lives.
*Strong administrative skills, enjoys office work.
Qualifications:
**Medical or Customer Service Experience
**Attention to detail and task-oriented office work
**HS graduate or Associates degree at minimum
**Computer skills, including the ability to use gmail, office/excel type programs or experience with Electronic Medical Records
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
