As a District Manager at Inspire Early Education, you embody our core values of being Confident, Engaged, and Inspiring. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of our mission: to provide a safe, healthy, and high-quality educational environment where children and employees are empowered to grow, learn, and thrive.
You will oversee the operations and performance of 9 schools within your assigned region (York & Harrisburg Counties), driving educational excellence, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

What You’ll Do:
Coach and support School Directors through training, performance reviews, and development. Set goals, drive accountability, and support new school integrations.

Drive Operational Excellence
Oversee operations across 9 schools, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, safety, and company standards.

Grow Enrollment & Family Satisfaction
Drive enrollment growth, support family engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Manage Business Performance
Lead regional financial performance, including revenue, occupancy, staffing efficiency, expenses, and profitability.

Ensure Educational Quality
Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery, classroom experiences, and educator development across all schools.

Recruit, Retain & Collaborate
Partner with Recruitment, HR, Enrollment, Compliance, and Facilities teams to support regional success.
Ensure maintenance requests are completed, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Who You Are:
-
An associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field. (Required)

5–7+ years of leadership experience in Early Childhood Education or multi-site operations. (Required)

Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Able to meet all licensing, background check, health clearance, and certification requirements. Required.
