Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Compensation: $21.00 - $26.50 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ready to grow into a Medical Assistant – Registered (MA-R) role. If you’re passionate about patient care and eager to advance your career, we’ll provide the training and support you need, paid!
What We Offer
- Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Weekdays 4, 10-hour shifts; opportunities to work Wednesday nights and Weekends
- Shift differentials for nights and weekends
- Float to other clinics as needed
- On-the-job/Paid Training: Medical Assistant Registered program; includes an increase once license is obtained

Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA license
- BLS certification every 2 years; will help obtain if needed
Responsibilities
- Care for a wide range of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for their visit.
- Verify patient identity using two identifiers.
- Perform vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
- Prepare exam rooms for providers and clean rooms after each patient.
- Stock rooms and maintain PAR levels daily.
- Keep equipment operating by following instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
