Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a General Dentist for an established outpatient dental practice in Holly Springs, Georgia.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Lead Provider opportunity in an established outpatient dental practice
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a modern, patient-centered environment
- Established patient base with experienced clinical and administrative support
- Opportunity to maximize production while building long-term patient relationships
- Four-day work week with no weekends or call responsibilities
COMPENSATION
- 36% Production-Based Compensation
- Daily Guarantee
- Retention Bonus After One Year
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Thursday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No Weekends
- No Call
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Manage multiple operatories efficiently
- Develop long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements:
- DDS or DMD REQUIRED
- Active Georgia Dental License or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 Years Clinical Experience REQUIRED
- 3+ Years Preferred
- Comfortable Managing Multiple Operatories REQUIRED
- Commitment To Patient-Centered Care REQUIRED
