Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA/LBA) to lead and support our clinic team in delivering exceptional ABA services. This role involves overseeing day-to-day clinical operations; providing supervision to behavior analysts, supervisees/trainees, and RBTs; and ensuring the highest standards of client care. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate, attend, and participate in all staff and supervisor meetings.
- Coordinate and deliver required monthly staff (PDU) trainings.
- Attend monthly ATAP meetings.
- Coordinate and deliver CEU courses/trainings to supervisors (BCBAs/BCaBAs) under the direction of the ACE Coordinator on site.
- Acquire and maintain the CPI Instructor Certification and provide ongoing CPI certification instruction and support to current staff (RBTs and BCBAs).
- Oversee the duties of the Clinic Assistant(s), Lead RBT(s), and Staff Trainer(s).
- Oversee Interns (schedule, responsibilities, performance) and provide support as needed.
- Provide training and support to all staff as needed.
- Provide supervision, support, and training to BCBAs/LBAs on staff.
- Provide supervision, support, and training to supervisees/trainees on staff.
- Provide supervision, support, and training to RBTs on staff.
- Provide training for new staff (BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs).
- Overlap on cases to provide guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular and ongoing group supervision meetings.
- Effectively communicate with Clinical Coordinator and COO on a regular basis.
- Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain or improve performance accordingly.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and workplace reporting requirements.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and workplace requirements for data collection, storage and transportation (including, but not limited to, HIPAA guidelines).
- Immediately report or problem-solve any patient incidents/variances or complaints.
- Adhere to agency standards and consistently interpret and accurately perform all assigned duties.
- Maintain acceptable attendance status, per agency policy.
- Maintain appropriate appearance (e.g., neat, clean, well-groomed), per agency policy.
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision making.
- Interview and hire potential new employees.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and disciplinary procedures.
- Delegate tasks and administrative duties to other employees and staff.
- Communicate professionally with employees/staff regularly and as needed (i.e., agency-wide emails).
- Communicate professionally with parents/guardians and other stakeholders.
- Complete and submit ATAP forms and necessary documentation.
- Assist with growth/expansion of other office locations.
- Assist with clinic opening/closing duties as needed.
- Assist with scheduling duties and finding coverage for sessions as needed.
- Maintain a regular schedule to be present in the clinic for regular support.
- Maintain a caseload of assigned clients and caseload volume hours.
- Consistently acquire the minimum number of monthly billable hours needed.
- Other administrative job duties as assigned by the Clinical Coordinator and/or COO.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a BCBA (with the BACB) and LBA (with the state of Nevada)
- 5+ years of experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Experience working in a supervisory/director role
- Strong background in data collection methods, clinical documentation, and assessment procedures
- Experience conducting functional assessments (FBAs) and functional analysis (FAs) to develop effective behavior intervention plans
- Excellent written skills

- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail in medical records and documentation
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
