We are growing our massage therapy team in Pembroke Pines, and we're looking for LMTs who want more than just another place to work. We are looking for team members that enjoy taking care of clients and providing an amazing massage experience.

Our standard service rate is $25-$28 per 50-minute service, but that's only one part of the compensation.
Here's what the earnings can look like using our approximately $15 average gratuity:

- Sports massage with stretching

Enhancements
+$5 for EACH enhancement performed

- Deep Relief
- Moisture mask
- Foot scrub
- Hot Stones
- Scalp Treatment
Plus Your Tips
You receive 100% of your gratuities.

Weekend Shift Bonuses
Our weekends (Saturday/Sunday) are busy, and we reward therapists who help us cover that demand.
In addition to your normal service pay, specialty pay, enhancement pay and tips we pay a bonus for Saturday and Sunday shifts:
4+ hour weekend shift = +$20
6+ hour weekend shift = +$40
8+ hour weekend shift = +$60
The Weekend Shift Bonus is earned separately each day.
Example:
Work 6 hours Saturday:
+$40 bonus
Work 8 hours Sunday:
+$60 bonus
That's an additional $100 for the weekend, on top of everything else you earn.

We've been serving the Pembroke Pines community for more than 9 years and have built a large database of returning clients and regular monthly clientele. That gives our therapists the opportunity to build a consistent book without starting from zero.
Our weekends are especially busy, which is exactly why we're adding therapists.
