Maintenance Assistant - Part Time
POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of your job position as Maintenance Assistant is to focus on special projects such as building maintenance, maintaining the grounds in a clean and safe manner, assisting with life safety support, in addition to performing the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, and/or the Maintenance Director, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Priority given to those candidates with experience in Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Electrical Repair, Property Management, Mechanical Repairs, Life Safety inspections.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
