Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities fostering child development in areas such as math, physical education, and social skills.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children, supervising and engaging them during playtime, mealtime, and daily routines.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, communicating effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom.
- Adhere to all center policies and procedures to prioritize the safety and well-being of the children.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in childcare or education preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Willingness to adhere to center policies and procedures.
