Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverages that enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to ensure smooth service
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu
- Uphold all food handling and safety protocols while serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- RAMP Certification A Must!
- Must be available weekends
- Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail creation and beverage presentation
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience working in fine dining settings or with craft beer, spirits, wine, and mixology techniques
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle cash safely
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory counts
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
