We are looking for an experienced service technician, specializing in Commercial Refrigeration and/or Kitchen Equipment, to deliver exceptional service to our commercial clients.
Our Ideal Candidate has at least 3 years of experience and is seeking to advance their refrigeration experience and knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties of a Refrigeration Technician:
- Inspect equipment and provide customers with recommendations for equipment, major repairs, and system upgrade.
- Installation and repairs of new and existing refrigeration equipment.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations on commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Service a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-in coolers & freezers, prep tables, ice machines, and display cases, etc..
- Inspect equipment and provide customers with recommendations for equipment replacement, major repairs, and system upgrades.
- Travel to job locations via company vehicle
- Maintain communication with dispatcher on scheduled and emergency service, job status, and completion times.
- Effectively communicate directly with clients to meet their service needs
- Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
- Build positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Skills for Refrigeration Techician:
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ commercial refrigeration and/or kitchen equipment experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the service team.
- Ability to use tablet/smart phone
- Pass Background check
- EPA Certification
- Conducts professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
