Schedule & Pay
- 5 x 8-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Rotating weekends
- Extra pay for visits beyond caseload
- Salary: $95,000 – $125,000/year

What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate patient care plans
- Provide skilled nursing (IVs, wound care, vitals, treatments)
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Deliver high-quality care in home settings
Requirements
- NYS RN License
- 1+ year RN experience
- BLS Certification
- Valid NY Driver’s License & reliable transportation
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
