Education Specialist (Part Time) – Coaching & Curriculum Support (Queens & Brooklyn)

What You’ll Do
- Provide twice‑monthly coaching visits (minimum 90 minutes each) to home‑based providers
- Support the use of an evidence‑based curriculum in mixed‑age settings
- Model responsive caregiving, strong instructional practices, and developmentally appropriate learning
- Strengthen family engagement and help providers build positive relationships with families
- Offer guidance that elevates overall program quality and promotes positive child outcomes
- Document coaching goals, progress, and next step
What You Bring
- Early childhood teaching experience
- Valid driver’s license for travel to home‑based provider sites
- Deep knowledge of child development and best practices
- A supportive, reflective coaching style and a genuine commitment to helping providers grow
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
