You’ll be working on complex HVAC issues in customers’ homes and representing a trusted local brand. We have an immediate opening for someone ready to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, duct systems, boilers, water heaters, related piping, and electrical components
- Perform startups, testing, and adjustments according to manufacturer specifications and job requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and low-voltage electrical issues
- Utilize refrigerant knowledge and experience for system diagnosis and repair
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues, options, and maintenance in a way that’s easy to understand
- Build trust and deliver top-tier service that represents the Jake’s brand
- Complete all required documentation for each call, including recommendations, repairs, readings, and payment collection
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience (required)
- Strong customer communication skills; you’ll be face to face with homeowners daily
- Refrigerant experience and understanding of safe handling and diagnostics
- Solid knowledge of HVAC products and services with a desire to keep learning
- Goal oriented mindset with the ability to plan, track, and meet targets
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specs
- Detail oriented when ordering parts, documenting work, and staying organized
- Clean, professional appearance and positive, team first attitude
- Safe driving record and a strong focus on workplace safety
