Salary $14.00 - $17.00 an hour (Based on experience and availability)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute company policies and procedures
Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
Provide proper training for team members
Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures
Maintain a professional appearance
Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance
Balance cash at the end of the shift
Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
Report maintenance and training needs
Ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled
Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)
Report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager
Must be able to stand for at least an 8 hour shift
Open or close the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift)

What we expect from you

QUALIFICATIONS

One year of restaurant experience at a minimum in QSR or Fast-Casual environment Preferred
Willingness to work on your feet
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
Basic knowledge of food safety practices (Servsafe certification is a plus)
A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
- thrives in a high-pressure environment
Willing to work normal schedule of 40 hours per week (including nights, weekends and some holidays) and stay over if needed
Strong communication skills; Must be able to multi-task
Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging
Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

Day shift
Night shift

Weekends
Monday to Friday
