Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detail‑driven, service‑minded Human Resources Administrator to support critical HR operations. This role plays a critical role in keeping HR operations running smoothly, owning payroll accuracy, HRIS data integrity, and benefits and leave administration.
Responsibilities:

Process payroll with accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
*
Manage employee data in ADP, including hires, changes, and terminations.
*
Oversee benefits enrollment, vendor coordination, and payroll/benefits reconciliation.
*
Administer FMLA, ADA, and company leave programs from start through return‑to‑work.
*
Audit HRIS data, generate reports, and use AI/automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
*
3+ years of HR, payroll, or HRIS experience (ADP strongly preferred)
*
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employee data management
*
High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
*
Experience reconciling data across systems
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
*
Clear communicator with strong judgment and discretion
