We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Comprehensive Evaluation- Assess articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension/expression, cognition, swallowing function
- Treatment Planning- Develop individualized therapy goals addressing communication/swallowing deficits
- Therapy Implementation- Conduct treatment sessions targeting oral motor exercises, speech production, auditory processing
- Dysphagia Management- Perform bedside swallow evaluations; recommend dietary textures/consistencies; implement compensatory strategies
- Augmentative Communication- Introduce AAC devices and alternative communication methods for severely impaired patients
- Voice Therapy- Treat hoarseness, vocal strain, and phonation disorders as indicated
- Cognitive Rehabilitation- Address memory, problem-solving, judgment deficits impacting daily functioning
- Family Education- Train caregivers in communication facilitation and feeding techniques
- Provider Communication- Submit evaluation reports and progress updates to referring physician
- Documentation Compliance- Maintain accurate visit notes supporting medical necessity for insurance billing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from CAA-accredited program
- Proven experience working with children in pediatric settings such as schools or early intervention programs.
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, language therapy strategies, physiology, anatomy relevant to speech production, and medical terminology.
- Experience conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for diverse populations.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with speech impairments, disabilities, or communication challenges across age groups.
- Ability to implement speech-language therapy plans effectively in person or via telehealth platforms.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with families, educators, healthcare providers, and other team members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour
