Seacrest Sundries is a beach grocery market on the East end of 30A open 9am to 9pm every day during the season and 9am to 6pm during off-season. We're a small team, so you'll do a bit of everything and you'll matter here. Please check out our website at https://seacrestsundries.com/. This is steady, year-round work, not a seasonal gig. Our pace runs from relaxed off-season mornings to full-throttle Spring Break weeks, and we staff and schedule accordingly.
What you'll do
- Run the register: ring up sales, handle cash and card payments accurately
- Sell Florida Lottery tickets and scratch-offs and process winning-ticket payouts
- Stock and front shelves, keep the sales floor full and shoppable
- Light cleaning to keep the store looking sharp
- Help customers find what they need and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience
What we're looking for
- 18 or older (required by Florida law to sell lottery tickets)
- Reliable. You show up for your shifts, including weekends and holidays during busy season
- Comfortable handling cash
- Friendly with customers, even during busy periods
- Retail or cash-handling experience is what moves you toward the top of the pay range, but we'll train the right person
Schedule
- Store hours are 9am to 9pm (9am to 6pm Off-Season), 7 days a week
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
- Full-time and part-time schedules, with flexibility for the right person
