Responsibilities
- Safely operate light-duty tow trucks, including flatbed models, to recover and transport vehicles efficiently.
- Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as hooks, straps, jack, and lock out stick sometimes a battery install might come along also
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery approach.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities
Experience
- Proven experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial driving equipment such as flatbeds or forklifts.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics background.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with automotive repair procedures and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.

- 1,000.00 sign on bonus based on experience
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
