About the Role
Are you a natural in front of the camera with a passion for fashion and a knack for driving sales? We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and quick-thinking TikTok Live Streamer to join our live-commerce team.
In this role, you will be the face of our fashion outlet, hosting weekly live streams to showcase multiple different fashion brands at heavily discounted prices. Your primary goal is to highlight these pieces in a positive, exciting light to drive live sales while cultivating an uplifting, highly engaged community of viewers who can’t wait to come back for your next stream.
Key Responsibilities
Host Dynamic Live Streams: Lead engaging TikTok Live sessions, showcasing a rotating weekly inventory of discounted fashion brands.
Drive Live Sales: Actively promote products, highlight key features (fit, material, styling), and utilize persuasive, energetic selling techniques to maximize daily sales goals.
Build Community: Foster a positive, welcoming, and uplifting environment in the chat to build brand loyalty and ensure a high rate of returning viewers.
Audience Engagement: Interact directly with viewers, read the chat in real-time, and answer sizing or styling questions on the fly.
Troubleshoot & Improvise: Think quickly on your feet to navigate live stream dynamics, handle unexpected technical hiccups, and keep the show running smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
Platform Expertise: Strong familiarity with the TikTok Live platform, including TikTok Shop accounts and the live bidding/auction systems.
On-Camera Charisma: High energy, confidence, and a positive attitude that translates well through the screen.
Quick Problem Solver: Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot, improvise, and problem-solve in a live, fast-paced environment.
Fashion Forward: A genuine interest in fashion, trends, and styling, with the ability to make products look highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the stamina to maintain a high level of energy for the duration of the stream.
Reliability: Punctual and prepared, treating this independent contractor role with professionalism and consistency.
Compensation & Growth
Starting rate of $25.00 per hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Opportunity for pay increases up to $30.00 per hour, heavily based on your experience, stream performance, and audience growth
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
