Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Plant Maintenance Mechanic in Mayville, WI.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work extended hours during peak production season
Schedule:
Off-Season: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (4x10 schedule)
Pack Season (Mid-June–October): 12-hour rotating day or night shifts
Pay & Benefits:
$28–$32/hour (based on experience)
