American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week cardiac cath lab travel assignment in Louisiana.

Cardiac cath lab setting

4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
-
Weekend requirement once every fifth week
-
Call requirement of approximately 5–8 shifts depending on staffing levels

Holiday coverage is required
-
No float requirement
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Phillips single-plane equipment experience required
-
Siemens and bi-plane equipment experience preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience required; 3 years preferred
-
Active ARRT or RCIS certification required
-
Active BLS required
-
Active Louisiana State Radiologic Technology (LSRT) license required — temporary LSRT accepted (typically issued within 3–5 days of fee payment and proof of ARRT certification)

License required if applicable

Proficiency with Phillips single-plane equipment required

Epic EMR experience required

Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration

Valid driver's license required for consideration

Any gaps in work history of more than 30 days must be listed and explained

Scrubs are provided by the facility

Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate; candidates within 75 miles may be considered at a local rate

Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have a separation of at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
-
RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the assignment
