We're seeking a client-focused Client Experience Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with small business owners.
Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned book of business, managing client inquiries via phone, email, and text

Process policy changes and endorsements efficiently and accurately

Manage policy renewals and conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps
-
Cross-sell additional coverages based on thorough understanding of client operations and risk exposure

Follow up on outstanding quotes and bind new coverage

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems
-
Provide knowledgeable guidance on commercial insurance products including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Business Auto, Property, and specialty coverages

Build strong relationships that turn clients into enthusiastic promoters of our agency
Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service or client-facing experience

Insurance experience preferred (or strong willingness to learn)

Current insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Exceptional communication skills - articulate, professional, and personable

Excellent phone etiquette with ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficient with technology systems and quick to learn new platforms

Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
