About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our front desk, call center, and patient access functions. In this role, you'll ensure efficient workflows, consistent service standards, and a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors or calls our office. You'll serve as the go-to expert on our operational systems and work closely with the Practice Administrator to roll out policies, support staff growth, and drive performance across the team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk and call center, ensuring smooth, efficient patient access workflows.
- Supervise and coach front desk and call center staff, setting clear expectations and enforcing performance standards.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on scheduling, patient communication, and practice management systems.
- Partner with the Practice Administrator to implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor scheduling and front-end revenue cycle support functions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support a consistent, professional patient experience across all patient-facing administrative touchpoints.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting.
- Experience overseeing front-end operations, scheduling, and revenue cycle support functions preferred.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills, with a track record of coaching staff and enforcing standards.
- In-depth understanding of front-end practice operations, including patient access, scheduling, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, practice management systems, phone systems, and patient communication platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $60,168.78 - $72,461.32 per year
