Company Description:
GLC provides safe, secure, FUN, person-centered supports for adults with intellectual disabilities in residential group home settings. We are seeking compassionate, flexible and trainable individuals for full-time positions!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Encourages and guides people to be involved in their community and be as independent as possible
- Provides support with personal care
- Engages people in activities that are important to them and encourages skill development
- Writes detailed daily documentation
- Ensures individual health needs are being met
Direct Care Staff Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Clean criminal background
- Child abuse registry check
- Ability to attend and pass all mandatory training (CPR/FA, Waiver, UKERU, Medication Administration) occurring during business hours

Pay: $16.15 per hour with $.50/h evening differential, $1.00/h overnight differential and $0.25/h attendance bonus
