Description:
The Customer Service Representative – Inside Sales is responsible for supporting customer engagement, lead qualification, and account management activities that drive revenue growth. This role serves as a primary point of contact for both new and existing customers and works closely with field sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
The Customer Service Representative – Inside Sales will contribute to and support business operations through the following duties and responsibilities:

Responds promptly to inbound inquiries and qualifies leads for potential fit

Conducts outbound calls and follow-up activities to nurture existing accounts and pursue new opportunities

Maintains accurate and complete records of all customer interactions in the CRM system

Assists customers with onboarding, training, and placing product orders

Collaborates with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

Prepares quotes, processes orders, and provides product information as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications include:

2+ years of customer-facing or sales-related experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
