Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Take and record vital signs; report abnormalities to the nurse
- Help residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, and hygiene
- Document care accurately in written or electronic records
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CNA/CMT certification in the state
- Physically and mentally able to perform duties
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Dependable, professional, and respectful
