Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations through excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to process transactions smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups when needed.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and following all alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy nights at nightclubs or large events like banquets.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially within fine dining, nightlife venues, or catering environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Experience in serving at nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and retail math for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently.
