CV Maintenance is a rapidly growing property maintenance company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We provide lawn maintenance, landscaping, pressure washing, junk removal, handyman services, property cleanups, and commercial facility maintenance. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to help grow our business while earning uncapped commissions.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments with commercial property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, retail centers, office buildings, churches, schools, and other businesses.
Your role is to connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings for our sales team. You are not responsible for closing the sale—your success is measured by setting qualified appointments.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new commercial customers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
- Contact property managers, apartment complexes, retail centers, HOAs, office buildings, schools, churches, and other businesses.
- Make outbound phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Business Development Representative or owner.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and appointments.
- Build professional relationships with potential clients.
- Meet weekly appointment goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
The annual pay range listed reflects potential earnings based on performance and is not guaranteed.
