Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Micro Ingredient Technician / Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately handling, measuring, and processing micro ingredients used in livestock food production, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and product quality.
Duties
- Prepare and measure micro ingredients with precision according to established formulas and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, following all food safety standards and procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting as needed
- Support warehouse activities by managing ingredient inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions, and utilizing forklift equipment safely
Experience
- Prior experience in the food industry or manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with manufacturing equipment will be advantageous
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and inventory management
- Ability to work safely with packaging machinery and handle ingredients with care in a fast-paced setting
