We are seeking an energetic, responsible, Administrative Assistant with a positive can do attitude to join our family oriented team, at a mental health program.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all inbound calls
- Greet and assist clients, employees and visitors
- Draft correspondences, documents and misc. communications
- Communicate with insurance companies, to obtain client authorization for treatment
- Schedule appointments and events
- Develop and implement organized filing and record keeping systems
- Assist program director and staff as needed
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be consistently reliable and punctual
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

This is a M-F 8-4 onsite position.
