Schedule: Various days 3p-11pm. Includes every other weekend shifts/rotating holidays.

Working in our Medically Complex Behavioral Residence in Groton, Massachusetts, you'll support adolescents ages 12–18 in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where every interaction can have a lasting impact.

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive, supportive environment where youth can heal, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities include:
Provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a 24/7 residential setting.
Build trusting, professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
Foster a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment that promotes emotional regulation, social development, and positive behavior.
Support daily living activities, including meals, personal care, laundry, household chores, and recreational activities.
Monitor safety, identify potential risks, and respond appropriately to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and approved physical interventions when necessary.
Accurately complete shift notes, medication documentation, incident reports, and other required records.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.
Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Participate in required trainings and maintain a professional, dependable presence on every shift.
