Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team during our Brunch hours of 10am-3pm Wednesday- Sunday. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or event settings.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for change, and manage credit card payments seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate bill splitting.
- Previous experience in catering or food industry roles is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial.
