As a New Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through the process of purchasing a new vehicle, and developing a personal brand within our store. Primary Responsibilities and Goals:
- Assist customers in selecting the right new vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and financing options.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve dealership objectives.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
