As a Project Consultant, you will be the face of Integrity Roofing & Exteriors in the community. This role combines door-to-door neighborhood canvassing with consultative in-home sales and project management.
You will professionally canvass assigned neighborhoods, introduce Integrity Roofing & Exteriors, educate homeowners, identify legitimate needs, and schedule inspections. From there, you will guide homeowners through the inspection, insurance, or retail process with honesty, clarity, and care.
This is not high-pressure sales. We do not exaggerate damage, mislead homeowners, or push unnecessary work. We win through trust, education, and service.
This is a insurance and retail focussed sales position.
No prior roofing or sales experience is required but preferred — we provide full paid training.
What You’ll Be Doing Door-to-Door & Lead Generation Responsibilities
- Professionally canvass residential neighborhoods
- Introduce Integrity Roofing & Exteriors in a respectful, ethical manner
- Educate homeowners on roof systems, storm damage, and inspection options
- Identify legitimate homeowner concerns and needs
- Set qualified appointments for inspections or consultations
- Accurately document homeowner information and conversations
- Represent the Integrity brand with professionalism and honesty at all times
Project Consultant / Sales Responsibilities
- Work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine property damage
- Inspect properties, identify scope of repairs, and prepare bids and estimates
- Assist homeowners through insurance claims or retail purchasing processes
- Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the sales lifecycle
- Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity
- Exceed personal sales KPIs while delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Develop strong product, industry, and customer knowledge
- Participate in company events, industry events, and conferences
- Provide weekly reports to Regional Coach and attend weekly meetings
- Acquire roofing knowledge, complete training, and achieve certifications
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive team culture
You will also be running preset in home presentations for customers who have requested our services. Qualities of Ideal Candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and be comfortable with heights
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation (truck preferred)
- Basic computer & iPad skills
- Ability to use state-of-the-art technology
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience (highly preferred)
- Associate degree (preferred)
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and outside parties
Other Requirements
- Some evening/weekend work required during peak seasons
- Work performed outdoors and in residential neighborhoods
- Willingness to learn roofing systems, insurance processes, and sales systems

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
After training, you will receive a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses, with first-year earning potential typically ranging from $60,000 – $120,000, based on experience and performance.
Top performers earn well above industry averages without sacrificing integrity.
