Filter Material Coordinator to support a premier client's mission-critical aerospace manufacturing and launch facilities.Based primarily out of the Merritt Island, FL facility, this pivotal role serves as the central coordination point for filtration inventory and logistics supporting multiple high-profile locations:

In this role, you will drive efficiency in filter supply management, ensure the timely fulfillment of monthly work orders, maintain precise onsite inventory, and collaborate closely with onsite HVAC technicians. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager (located in Ocala, FL) but operates independently on a daily basis in Merritt Island.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork Order Coordination-
Receive, analyze, and process monthly filtration work orders.

Stage, organize, and prepare filters in advance of scheduled system change-outs.

Verify the accuracy of filter specifications, quantities, labeling, and tagging.

Maintain impeccable documentation for audit, quality control, and traceability purposes.
Inventory Management-
Maintain real-time, highly accurate inventory counts across all supported facilities.

Implement and manage strict check-in/check-out procedures for material distribution.

Coordinate proactively with leadership to guarantee an uninterrupted supply of materials.

Identify opportunities to optimize stocking levels and streamline inventory processes.
Onsite OrganizationLogistics-
Organize and maintain clean, safe, and efficient storage areas within the Merritt Island facility.

Stage materials according to project priority and scheduled maintenance windows.

Coordinate and assist with inter-facility material transfers as needed.
CommunicationPartner Support-
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client's HVAC technicians.

Provide timely, transparent updates regarding inventory status, potential shortages, and lead times.

Proactively escalate any supply issues to leadership to prevent operational downtime.

QualificationsRequirements-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or supply chain coursework is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or industrial supply coordination is highly preferred.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with inventory tracking software/systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Physical Ability: Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move filtration materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Security Clearance: Ability to pass all required background checks and security screenings necessary to gain access to restricted client and aerospace facilities.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of working successfully with minimal daily supervision.
PhysicalWork Environment-
This is a 100% onsite role based in Merritt Island, FL.

Requires periodic travel to nearby facilities (Melbourne, Patrick Space Force Base, and Rocket Park).

Active environment involving standing, walking, lifting, and organizing materials within a warehouse and industrial setting.
