What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in Medicare coverage
- Learn about each client's needs and help them understand their Medicare options
- Recommend appropriate Medicare plans based on the client's needs
- Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly
- Build trust and create a positive client experience
- Follow Medicare, carrier, and company compliance guidelines
- Consistently work toward and achieve individual sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license required
- Medicare sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable working full-time, in person at our Dania Beach office
Compensation
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Your compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus performance-based commissions. There is no cap on your commission earnings, giving you the opportunity to increase your income based on your sales performance.
Top-performing agents have the potential to earn $100,000+ annually.
