ACC Home Remodeling is looking for a Full-Time Permit Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is responsible, organized as well as excellent communication with the team and our customers during the permitting and inspection process.
Job Details:
- Candidates MUST be able to provide and maintain organized physical and digital tracking logs.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and plans
- Track approval statuses and follow up with agencies
- Resolve failed reviews, understand the building codes, have clear communication for dealing with public officials and teams
- Schedule required inspections and close out completed permits
- Coordinate deliveries of material at the office.
Requirements:
- Must have Computer and Excellent communication Skills.
- You must be able to pass a background check.
