Doctorate in Economics, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Quantitative Methods, or a closely related discipline with a major, minor, or concentration in the area(s) of teaching responsibility; or a doctorate in another discipline with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Economics, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields. Candidates with an MBA, Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a closely related field will also be considered if they possess significant professional experience and demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
Preferred qualifications include successful college-level teaching experience; professional experience in business management, strategic planning, business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, consulting, or related fields; evidence of scholarly, applied, or professional contributions; and experience using data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and quantitative analysis to support organizational effectiveness.
ABD candidates nearing completion of a terminal degree will be considered. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
