JOB DUTIES:
1. Responsible for sweeping/mopping kitchen area.
2. Keeping all kitchen equipment clean at all times including fryers, grill, flat top, hot box, etc.
3. Keeping kitchen, dish washing station clean at all times.
4. Prepping food and having it ready for your shift.
5. Keeping all areas in the kitchen clean and organized.
6. Keeping walk in freezer and reach in clean and organized.
7. Keeping all foods covered and dated.
8. Required to keep up the quality of food and service we give to our guest.
9. Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
10. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps.
11. Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.

General Description: The cook is responsible for being a part of a team maintaining high guest service scores.
Basic Criteria: Must be very neat, clean and well organized, with a high personal standard of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene.
Weight Requirements: 40-60 Pounds for push/pull and lifting
