Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Framers, Siders, and Carpenters to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Erect metal buildings by assembling steel frameworks according to schematics and blueprints
- Install siding, stucco, and other exterior cladding materials with precision and care
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure durable foundations and structures
- Execute framing tasks including woodworking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing for interior and exterior walls
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient construction processes
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide project execution and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct roofing, plastering, restoration, remodeling, and siding projects with attention to detail
- Use hand tools effectively for tasks such as cutting, measuring, fitting, and finishing surfaces
- Collaborate with team members on construction management tasks to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of metal building erection, masonry, or carpentry preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, rebar installation, and masonry work is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a secure working environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
- Construction management experience is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants interested in growth opportunities
