We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction in our restaurant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the food industry. Duties: - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables promptly and accurately - Help with food preparation and plating when needed - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds If you are passionate about the food service industry and enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
