We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources Technology & Compliance team for the summer. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, specifically focusing on onboarding compliance and document management and the technology systems that accompany these tasks. The intern will gain experience by assisting with audit follow-ups for non-compliant onboarding documents, utilizing DocuSign for sending documents, and managing document storage in electronic personnel systems.
Audit Follow-Ups: Assist in conducting regular audits of onboarding documents through vendor systems, particularly I9s and Background Checks to identify non-compliant files. Gain experience supporting the HR team in ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies.-
DocuSign Document Handling: Use DocuSign to prepare, send, and manage the signing process of essential HR documents. Ensure all documents are accurately completed and signed by relevant parties, in a timely manner. Store documents as necessary.

Document Storage and Management: Support uploading and downloading of electronic personnel files as required, understanding the basics of data protection and why, where, how and when documents are stored.

Communication: Collaborate with HR team members learning the ins-and-outs of concise, efficient, and sometimes urgent communications at all levels of the organization.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR Compliance and Technology team as needed.
