Laborer:
We are looking for an efficient, safety-minded Laborer for our residential construction company. We have long-term work (and possibly summer work) available for the right candidate in a variety of positions. Applicants should have residential construction industry experience and access to reliable transportation. Special skills, such as concrete finishing and carpentry, are a plus. We offer a consistent work schedule and competitive pay. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, they should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security. Advancement opportunities available to the right candidate.
1+ year construction experience.
Basic understanding of construction procedures and principles.
Comfort working through all seasons.
Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints.
Lift heavy loads (70+lbs) and navigate job-site terrain.
Dig/back fill pits, trenches, and foundations.
Identify utility lines.
Perform setup and cleanup tasks on job-site.
Make lunch runs if needed.
Provide labor support as needed by carpenters.
Perform general maintenance of tools and equipment.
