$85,000 - $150,000 per year
Certification: Ford Certified Transmission Technician required.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician (Ford dealership experience preferred).
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Specialized Repair: Diagnose and perform specialized transmission repairs with high efficiency and accuracy.
Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic tools and advanced service equipment to solve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
Warranty Standards: Execute all repairs under warranty to strict manufacturer specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of repair needs and timelines.
Quality Control: Test-drive vehicles to ensure total functionality and safety after service is completed.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving Ford transmission technology and repair procedures.
Expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and transmission repair.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate complex electronic diagnostic equipment.
