Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide appropriate loan options.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to evaluate borrowers' financial situations.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience
- Must have established relationships with local area realtors and broker
- Must be registered by the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System Registry (NMLS)
