Job Overview
The Blending Inventory & Prep Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, and efficient material flow to support production operations. This role focuses on ERP accuracy, cycle counts, labeling management, and material staging to ensure production schedules are met and food safety requirements are maintained. The position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are properly labeled, tracked, staged, and available to production in alignment with schedules, GMPs, and food safety requirements.

Work Schedule: On-site work required
Monday-Friday | 8AM – 4PM

Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and stage raw materials according to batch sheets and production requirements
· Maintain accurate raw material inventory through routine cycle counts, reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, overages or potential risks to production schedules
· Ensure inventory accuracy within PLEX ERP system aligns with physical inventory on hand
· Return unused or excess materials to designated storage locations with accurate system updates
· Support smooth material flow between warehouse and production facilities
· Ensure all materials and staged ingredients are properly labeled, identified and traceable
· Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, status labels, etc. prior to staging or release of use
· Maintain label accuracy to support food safety, traceability and audit readiness
· Support inventory risks, constraints or improvements needed proactively
· Handle, store, and rotate raw materials in accordance with FIFO and food safety practices.
· Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if trained/certified) to move materials as needed.
· Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflow.
· Participate in shift-start meetings and share updates on batching status.
· Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED
· 18 years of age or older
· Basic math skills
· Background in production, blending, batching
· Food/beverage manufacturing experience
· At least 2 years forklift experience preferred
· Ability to work full shift on-site in Cincinnati, OH
· Ability to regularly lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
· Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
