The Control Wirer Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day electrical assembly of control panels while ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This role serves as a technical resource and team lead for electrical assemblers, providing training, guidance, and oversight of work quality.

Participate in schedule / status meetings and update based on priorities and deadlines

Maximize / manage material utilization and material needs
Manage and audit ship-loose accessories and coordinate pre-building shipments
Issue parts to work orders using the internal system (GSS)
Performs modifications on existing builds, including iron work and out-of-process activities

Ability to accurately install electrical components and wire electrical control panels per assembly drawings

Ability to verify components with bills of material to ensure accuracy

Strong knowledge and understanding of blueprints and schematics

Manage multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines with attention to detail

Strong ability to use basic hand and power tools

Proficient verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

High school graduate or GED is required. At least 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/production environment or relevant experience is preferred.
