Overseeing all production-related activities for exciting roofing & siding projects - including, but not limited to: putting together material orders, scheduling installs, managing inventory, maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients

Managing and motivating roofing crews for high performance

Creating project timelines and allocating resources efficiently

Ensuring timely project completion to the highest quality standards

Being a troubleshooter and resolving any issues efficiently on job sites
