Rental Return Agent
Starting Pay: $15/hr. with step increases at 6 months and 1 year of service

About This Role
The Rental Return Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process and assists customers with the rental return process.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers as they arrive
- Assist customers with luggage
- Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt
- Inquire about service and satisfaction
- Inspect vehicle and determine fuel tank level
- Complete a service alert for any mechanical and/or body damage communicated by the customers
- Identify vehicles which are on hold for turn back, time or mileage, recall, or any other lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
- Assist service department with vehicle cleaning as needed
- Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
- Knowledge of rental/return documents, fuel services, surcharges, and optional coverage
- Understand the damage loss reporting procedure
- Perform additional related duties as required or assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license & satisfactory motor vehicle report
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work all required shifts
- Excel at solving problems with precision, speed, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Enjoy working closely with fellow team members & customers
