We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed Piano, Voice, Violin, Young Musician, & Music Therapy Instructor who specializes in music performance for our established music school with two locations in San Gabriel/San Marino and Arcadia, California.
- Bachelor's in Music degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or higher.
- Music Teachers' Association of California membership is preferred, but not required.
- Position is part-time, on an as-needed basis, and should be available to teach 2-3 days a week, including Saturdays from 9am-5pm and possible Sundays.
- Works well with both children and adults, and enjoys building client relationships.
- Timely and reliable: we believe consistency in lessons is important to student growth and success.
- A positive attitude during instruction: the ability to encourage and motivate students to work through their weak areas and to build upon their strengths.
